Off to the sea: Genoa, Portofino and Cinque Terre

In an hour and a half you have your feet in the Ligurian Sea. The flower riviera, glamorous yachts in Portofino and the iconic villages of Cinque Terre — the perfect day out.

An absolute must is a day trip to the coast. In a good hour and a half you drive from the B&B to Genoa. The coastal road (the 'flower riviera') is really stunning. The road winds tightly along the sea past all kinds of charming little places — you simply can't take it all in!

Boat trips from Rapallo

Turn left at Genoa and you'll soon arrive in Rapallo, where you can book boat trips to Cinque Terre and Portofino. Cinque Terre is most beautiful seen from the water. The road to Portofino is one for the books too — the gorgeous blue water and the enormous yachts are wonderful to see!
